Bought this item and asked for exchange. Initially rejected however i allowed after all since she chose a higher priced item and willing to top up.
After sending the item back to me, she came up with many excuses and actually asked for a refund. I talked really nicely to her and even waived the top up. Yet she kept asking for refund and msging me. End up, I really REFUNDED to her! I dont know what's on my mind, shld have just sent the item back to her!

After this lesson, NO EXCHANGE unless item is really spOilt!
